Located less than 10 minutes from the centre of Cairns. The grounds of this tropical oasis are impeccable. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They can book all your tours for you. This park has so much to offer. The facilities seem endless which is great to exhaust the kids!!! Cairns Coconut boasts a really good 18 hole Putt Putt golf course, outdoor cinema, not one but two jumping pillows, a games room, tennis court, 1 x adults only spa, 1 x kids spa, 2 huge swimming pools (a garden pool with 2 ripper waterslides and a lagoon pool) an adventure playground and a kids water park with a tipping bucket. Pedal bikes are available to hire.
Our kids went nuts on the waterslides and had the best time on blow up tubes that we purchased from the onsite shop. The best $10 we’ve ever spent!
Fantastic BBQ facilities, always clean and well maintained which we used on many occasions. This ensured we didn’t have to spend as much on takeaways or restaurants for food. However, there is a café on site which provide drinks, nice meals, basic grocery items and lots of bits and bobs you can buy. The resort is pet friendly and offer numerous styles of
accommodation to suit all such as deluxe cabins, condos, units, villas or you can pitch a tent or sleep in your campervan or caravan.
Fast and Free wi-fi was an added bonus which we utilised at night while we were downloading photos and checking emails.
When it was time to leave our kids did not want to go, it was sad to see them saying goodbye to friends they had made. Cairns Coconut truly is a paradise for families.
